- This is a group booking on a public cruise. Your group will be assigned tables adjacent to one another. (Please let us know if you have any mobility concerns and require 1st deck seating.)
- Please note, we will be happy to hold your seats once the deposit is received and a Smartwaiver is signed by the group contact. (A Smartwaiver is an electronic form agreeing to Terms and Conditions.)
- All monies and all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Ticket Assurance is NOT AVAILABLE for group bookings.
- Final counts and final payments are due 30 days prior to sailing.
- In the event of a sold-out cruise, Gateway Clipper reserves the right to require A FINAL PASSENGER COUNT AND PAYMENT IN FULL EARLIER THAN 30 DAYS.
- There is a service charge included in each ticket. This is not a staff gratuity.
- Booking details & payment can only be altered by contact listed on reservation.

Yes, a small group is considered 15 or more passengers.

Your group is confirmed once the Terms and Conditions are agreed to via our online Smartwaiver AND your 25% deposit is received.

Yes, a 25% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Final payment and headcount is due 30 days prior to sailing. In the case of a sold out cruise, we will contact you earlier to finalize your count and payment.

Payments can be made via cash, check or credit card.

Once your final count and payment are made, there are no adjustments permitted. Additional guests can be added by making a single reservation and requesting cross seating at that time. If your count drops last minute, there are no refunds.

Balloons can be purchased through the Gateway Clipper Fleet. Yes, you can bring small table décor and a small dessert for your group. Please note that the tables are small and NO OPEN FLAMES are permitted on board due to Coast Guard regulations.
