Quick answer
Eric and Julie Shankle celebrated their wedding aboard the Gateway Clipper in July 2024 with a yacht rock party theme, a live band and custom Pittsburgh-themed cookies. Couples can bring their own theme and entertainment to a Clipper wedding.
We set sail this July with power couple Eric and Julie! They chose the perfect venue to match their yacht rock party theme, and their live band kept the boat rockin' all night long.
A yacht rock wedding on the rivers
Captain's hats, a gold gown and a dance floor that never emptied: Eric and Julie's celebration was pure fun from start to finish. Eric and Julie, thank you for trusting us with your special day, and congratulations to this beautiful couple!

Cookies with a Pittsburgh accent
Their bakery delivered the best-looking cookies for guests to enjoy and take home, from Gateway Clipper ship's wheels and "Dahntahn" skylines to pierogies and an inside joke about construction on Route 28.
