Gateway Clipper Fleet Fantasy Vacation
Official Rules
TO ENTER: You will be automatically entered if
you meet the following criteria: 1) Book a
Gateway Clipper Fleet private chartered event
between September 1, 2007 and August 31, 2008
that sails before December 31, 2008; 2) and have
a zero balance due at the time of the drawing.
In addition, you may enter without purchase as
specified below.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: If you would like to
place a free entry, please mail a letter with
your contact information (mailing address, phone
and email address) and the words "Gateway
Clipper Fantasy Vacation Entry", postmarked by
August 31, 2008, to Gateway Clipper Fleet,
Fantasy Vacation, 350 West Station Square Drive,
Pittsburgh, PA. Only one free entry per person
allowed. All free entries are subject to the
eligibility requirements and other rules listed.
The Gateway Clipper Fleet is not responsible for
electronic, human or computer error for lost,
late, or misdirected entries. All entries and
entry information become the property of the
Gateway Clipper Fleet.
Sweepstakes begins September 1, 2007 and ends
August 31, 2008. Winner will be notified by
email and/or mail and telephone. Odds on winning
depend on the numbers of entries.
Sweepstakes open to legal U.S. residents, 21
years of age older. Employees of the Gateway
Clipper Fleet(sponsor), their immediate families
and household members of such employees are not
eligible to participate.
By participating, entrants agree to: (a) abide
by the sweepstakes rules and by the decisions of
the official sponsor whose decision is final and
binding in all respects; (b) where legal, to the
use of their names, photographs, voices and/or
likeness, for advertising and/or publicity
purposes without payment of compensation; (c) to
release, discharge and hold harmless the Gateway
Clipper Fleet from any and all injuries,
liability and damages of any kind arising
directly or indirectly of their participation
and the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of
any prize awarded in the sweepstakes. Failure to
comply with the Official Rules may result in
disqualification. If, for any reason, the
sweepstakes is not capable of running as
planned, including fraud, technical failures or
any other causes which corrupt the proper
conduct of the sweepstakes, sponsor reserves the
right to modify or suspend the sweepstakes as
necessary. No substitution or cash equivalent
permitted. Prize is not transferable. Sponsor
reserves the right to substitute trip features
in the event of unavailability. Winner is
responsible for all taxes, tips, incidentals and
other travel expenses not specified herein or
that exceed the $3,000 allotment. All federal,
state and local regulations apply.
